One hundred and fifty years ago, a small group of people met to establish Saint Bridget’s Catholic Church to meet the spiritual needs of the people of the neighborhood… Today, one hundred and fifty years later, Saint Bridget’s finds itself alive with gospel music that is known and liked by our neighbors; exuding a vibrant, welcoming, youthful spirit; treating and serving the poorest in our community as our sisters and brothers; attracting the unchurched of our streets to a spiritual home; and sparkling with the brilliant colors of who we are: God’s own incredibly beautiful people!

Saint Bridget’s Mission Statement

Saint Bridget’s Church is called to respond to the wonderful and incredible good news of Jesus by attracting a diverse community of believers who worship, love one another, advocate, and serve as catalysts for change.

  Rachel's Vineyard

Retreats for Healing After Abortion

"Rachel's Vineyard weekend retreats are a beautiful opportunity for any person who has struggled with the emotional or spiritual pain of an abortion. The retreat is a very specific process designed to help you experience the mercy and compassion of God.  It is also an opportunity to surface and release repressed feelings of anger, shame, guilt and grief.

There are many exercises to help you grieve the loss of your unborn child and to receive and accept God's forgiveness.

The retreat concludes with a Memorial Service.  The weekend will help your soul find a voice, and transform the pain of the past into love and hope."
